We highly recommend taking out travel insurance to avoid loss should the unforseen happen.

 

A non refundable deposit of 1 nights accommodation is required to secure your booking.  In the event of a cancellation the following charges will apply.

 

7-14 days prior to the date of arrival - Loss of deposit.

 

3-7 days prior to the date of arrival - 50% of the cost of the booking will be charged.  (if we are able to re-let the room(s), this may be waived at our discretion)

 

2 days or less prior to the date of arrival - the full cost of the booking will be charged.  (if we are able to re-let the room(s), this may be waived at our discretion)

 

Non arrival - If you fail to arrive, the full cost of the booking will be charged.

Please  note: any excessive soiling/damage to the room and/or contents will be chargable at cost of repair/replacement or cleaning as required
